Ada Mall and Green Heart office complex presented at the exhibition "Days of Architecture – Belgrade of Future"

Ada Mall and Green Heart, two new projects the company GTC were presented at the exhibition "Days of Architecture - Belgrade Future", held at the International Building Trade Fair 2017. 

"ADA Mall is the first shopping center of the latest generation, which will be built across from Ada Ciganlija, in accordance with all international standards. With over 34,000 square meters and unique shopping experience, our center will offer Belgrade and Serbia brands which have not been seen in our country yet. New destinations will have five floors of commercial space and three levels of underground parking with 1,000 parking spaces, linked into a whole. The shape of the center is derived from the shape of the lake, following the configuration of the terrain, which is reflected not only in the shape and design of the building, but also in the choice of materials that are a combination of glass and plaster in color, covered with vertical wooden elements, green walls, terraces and gardens. The opening of this modern shopping center, designed for the whole family, is planned for the last quarter of 2018. On the other side, regarding Green Heart business complex, it is a specific project with completely unique architectural solutions and intends to return the nature to people. The green environment and the feeling that you are in the park at least 30 minutes during the lunch break, will make every working day pass with less stress, more smiles and with great results. Green Heart will be built on 46,000 square meters, in Milutina Milankovića in Belgrade. The reconstruction of two existing facilities and the construction of three new ones will create a green oasis. All floors will have terraces, with the view over the park within the complex. Regarding the technical part, the highest standards of equipping will be applied, in line with the trend of green building" said Mr. Arn Willems, the representative of GTC for this region.

According to Arn, GTC has which has so far built over 80,000 square meter and will continue with constant investment in Belgrade, in order to make it a modern hub, while introducing the highest standards in these areas.

Third phase in Fortyone completed on time

As previously announced, GTC moved in first Tenants in third, and last building of office complex Fortyone on April 1 st . Construction was in 3 phases. First phase started in October 2014, and after almost 2.5 years 28.000 sq m of A class office space has been completed. Complex was built in accordance to highest international standards of green building and first two phases are already awarded with GOLD LEED certificate.

GTC celebrates 15 years of successful business in Serbia

Belgrade, 23 November 2016 -GTC celebrated in the City Hall its 15 th anniversary of successful operations in Serbia. Mr. Siniša Mali, Mayor of Belgrade, was the first to congratulate representatives of GTC on their success.

"Through constant investment and development, GTC company makes Belgrade a modern city focused towards the future and the new era of business. Introducing the highest environmental standards and international spirit of the business lifestyle in the heart of Belgrade GTC has been investing for 15 years now in the city of in exhaustible energy and unique people, growing with it and developing - and planning to continue with that in its future operations," said Mr. Thomas Kurzmann, Chairman of the Management Board of GTC.

The Mayor of Belgrade, Mr. Siniša Mali, congratulated to GTC on its perseverance,trust, but also on the agility and accuracy in the implementation of projects. Success of GTC is at the same time success for Serbia since it indicates activity of the construction industry and confidence of foreign investors in our country and our city, added The Mayor.

General Manager of GTC Serbia, Mr. Peđa Petronijević, did not hide his joy about a decade and a half of successful business.

"15 years is a very important jubilee, there is a lot of effort and hard work behind us, and I am very proud of our whole team for everything we have achieved. For 15 years now we have been building Belgrade based on the postulates of expertise and knowledge, but also with great love and dedication that we give both to this city, as well as to each individual project. GTC awarded with GOLD LEED certificate

Today GTC has been awarded with GOLD LEED certificate for GTC House which has officially became thefirst office building to receive this prestigious acknowledgement. The certificate, awarded in accordancewith the highest international standards for green building and in the presence of business partners and mediarepresentatives, has been presented by Mr. Roman Klott, member of the Green Building Council Serbia.

CEO of GTC Serbia, Pedja Petronijević, has expressed his gratitude to business partners for the support inGTC efforts to implement the concept of sustainable development in as many projects in Serbia as possible.

''Man of today spends the majority of his day at the workplace and it largely affects his efficiency. Also,objects themselves need to be incorporated into the surrounding environment, predominantly built from materials from the environment, with minimal consumption of natural resources.''

Certification was evaluated based on: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, material and resources, indoor environmental quality, innovation and regional priority. With the fulfillment of all of these criteria, GTC House has proven its quality and ranked itself amongst the most prestigious office buildings of this type.

Development site assembly completed for Ada Mall

GTC Serbia, a leader in the Real Estate industry in Serbia, has completed the assembly of a development site and is ready to start a new retail project in Belgrade. Ada Mall will have approximately 32,000 sqm of gross lettable area (GLA) with 1,000 designated parking places and will be designed and built according to the highest international standards. GTC has recently engaged two internationally renowned design companies specialized in retail developments to work on the concept of the mall. The development is located in Cukarica, directly opposite Ada Ciganlija. The clear lack of quality retail space in that part of Belgrade has already triggered strong interest of retailers both those already present on the market as well as those looking to enter this market.Start of construction is planned for the end of 2016 and opening is scheduled for autumn 2018.

Fortyone officially opened

Exactly one year after groundbreaking, in October 2015, GTC Serbia has officially opened the first building within its new office complex Fortyone. Construction of the first phase offering 10.000 sq. m leasable area was completed in 10 months, with 60% of space leased before construction has started, and 92% leased before the Grand opening.
